A minimum spend may apply to events with 100 guests or fewer. This depends on the event and bar package, and any minimum spend will be agreed with you before booking.
We arrange and pay for any Temporary Event Notice (TEN) needed for our bar service. We’ll discuss the venue’s existing licensing arrangements with you as part of planning your event.
Yes. We can arrange a hosted bar, where you cover the drinks for your guests, or discuss a service using drinks you supply. We’ll agree the staffing, equipment, drinks and any applicable charges with you in advance.
Yes. You can supply wine or Prosecco for welcome drinks, the tables or toasts. A corkage fee applies, and we’ll agree the quantities, service arrangements and fee with you before the event.
We don’t encourage guests to bring their own alcohol. Any outside drinks must be discussed with us before the event and agreed on a case-by-case basis.
Yes. We offer draught and bottled beer, with the selection agreed to suit your event and guest numbers. There is no separate beer-barrel deposit.
Yes. We offer cocktails and can discuss a selection to suit your occasion. Please agree your cocktail choices with us in advance so we can plan the ingredients and service.
We offer red, white and rosé wines, along with Prosecco. We can discuss wine for the bar, tables, welcome drinks and toasts. Wine tastings are also available—contact us for details.
We can provide glassware as part of your agreed bar package. We need access to water at the venue to wash glasses throughout the event. We’ll confirm the glassware and washing arrangements with you beforehand.
Yes. We offer bar and equipment hire options. Tell us what you need and we’ll confirm availability, what’s included and the hire price.
We need a space of 3m × 4m for the bar setup, access to mains electricity for our fridges and cooling equipment, and water for washing glasses. Please discuss access and the proposed bar location with us before booking.
Yes. We remove the waste generated by our own bar service. If you or another supplier are providing drinks, please agree responsibility for those bottles and other waste in advance.
Yes. We accept cash and card payments at the bar, with no extra charge for paying by card.
